Baby Sellers in January

We got to see Baby Sellers this month.  We still don't know if we are blue or pink but we know that we are right on track and everything is going well so far.

Welcome 2013!

Well, 2013 is here and we hit the ground running.  Jackson is still enjoying his time outside with his Christmas present.  We spent last weekend at the beach with our family, The Phillips’  The kids had a great time playing, going to the zoo, playing putt-putt golf, and riding go-karts & kiddie rides.  One picture shows Jackson in zebra stripped pants.  We went to Piper’s house and Jackson went down the slide and got his pants wet so we had to put them in the dryer.  Well, he insisted on wearing pants of some kind and we had to borrow some of Piper’s.  I have a feeling this picture will come back to haunt him.

Let's See If We Can Catch Up and End 2012!

For the month of December we stay quite busy with family and friends.  Jackson has enjoyed the “warm” weather we have been having because he gets so much time outside.  He watch the entire Christmas parade and had fun collecting candy and wearing beads and of course getting to play at Sutton and Piper’s house afterwards.  Jackson had a big Christmas this year.  He got to spend time at Mee Maw and Paw Paw’s and they gave him some money (that we used to buy a spare battery for his Gator) and a set of bowling pins.  He then had Christmas at his Nana and Papa’s where he got clothes, tractors, and a train set to keep at their house.  He had Christmas at Aunt Becky and Uncle Joe’s where he got clothes and a truck toy set.  He then got to see his cousin’s and they have him PJs, a Thomas backpack, and some other Thomas stuff.  All of his grandparents, Uncle Ty, and Aunt “Appie”, mom and dad, gave him a John Deere Gator to ride on.  Santa came to visit and gave him a train table with a train set, clothes, play-doh truck, Thomas movie, Leap Frog Tag Junior and books, and stomp rocket.  At his Granny and Granddaddy’s he got a Thomas the Train for his train set, finger paints, blocks, trucks, Leap Frog books, and a flashlight.  Nanny Toot gave him a plate set and set of CDs.  He had a great time and we had a blast with him this season.  While we were out of town and spending a few days at our house (that will hopefully sell soon), we went to the mall and he rode the carousel.  This Christmas was considerable crazy weather wise.  At “home” we could have spent the day in shorts with a raincoat and umbrella.  At our “house” we thought about getting out the ear muffs, scarves, and gloves..along with the raincoat and umbrella.  We went from one extreme to the other.  In both places we were under a tornado watch/warning at time.

After Christmas, he got to spend part of a day with Cousin Piper and Mr. Romeo came over the fix the heater and he wanted to help so bad!  We enjoyed our time off from work and being about to spend time with family and friends.  We are very, very blessed!!

This Christmas we also announced the anticipated arrival of our next bundle of joy in late July!  Here is Baby Sellers in December!

Lots Happening!

Many of these pictures are from the month of October and November.  Jackson enjoying his lunch at Nanny Toot's house on her covered deck.  We took Jackson to trade days at Tannehill and he had a great time.  We also had lots of fun people watching.  As my uncle described it, "It is a true experience in Americana."  Jackson got to spend a great deal of time with his cousins, Sutton and Piper.  Jackson was given two frogs by my friend from work, "Nan" and he was interested in showing them his train.  Jackson experienced his first "moving" trip.  We moved back "home" in November and I could not resist taking his picture in the loaded up car!  He is also enjoying his new bedroom and the 2 acres he gets to run and play on.  We celebrated Thanksgiving twice...at each grandparent's house.  He was intrigued by my grandparents tree and the ability to turn the lights on and off with his foot.  At my other grandparents, he was introduced to his mom's wooden swing that she had when she was little.  He loves to swing!!!

Fall Photo Session - 2012

We had our fall photo session with our friend Erin earlier in November.  We went to Avondale Park in downtown Birmingham.  Jackson had a blast being outside and able to play with the ducks.  He was hilarious!!!  He wanted to touch the ducks so bad no matter how close he got to the water.
